Ingredients:
- 2oz Bourbon
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2oz Lemon juice
- 0.75oz Simple syrup
- Egg white
- Red wine (to float)
Preparation:
In a shaking tin place all ingredients but the wine. Add a scoop of ice. Shake really hard.
In a new rocks glass pour all the mix almost to the top, And then slowly with the help of the bar spoon make a red wine float on top.
Garnish with an orange peel and a lemon wedge.
