Viejo Limeno [Peruvian Old Fashioned]

Ingredients: 

2oz Pisco Puro 

0.75 simple syrup 

3-4 dashes Angostura Orange bitters

                                                                               

Preparation:

In a mixing glass add all ingredients and add some ice. Stir for like around 20 seconds until some water dilutes in the mix. Then pour the mix straining it in a rocks glass with a single rock. Garnish with an orange peel or lime peel.
